Mindfulness

Mindfulness is noticing what is happening right now. It means paying attention to how your body feels and what you see, smell, and taste. It means noticing what your mind is doing. When you notice what is happening around you, it can help you to calm down when you're angry, sad, or frustrated. Mindfulness helps us create emotional balance so we're less overwhelmed by our emotions.

The resources on this page will help you practice mindfulness techniques.
