The South Western School District takes great pride in its financial management of taxpayer funds. As such, we maximize our cost-effectiveness by publically bidding the majority of our equipment and supply items, along with many of our repair and/or construction and renovation projects.
It is our goal to provide the highest quality education at the lowest possible cost, and we help to achieve that goal through our aggressive bidding and purchasing program. Below, please find a detailed list of all of the open bids we are currently accepting.
Please note, all responses must be marked with the proposal name and/or bid number, name and address of the vendor or contractor, and opening date and time. Proposals may be submitted anytime between the issue and closing dates, but must be received no later than the posted closing date. Unfortunately, late submissions cannot be accepted.
